We want you to feel confident shopping with Wrap Cones. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy—you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Conditions
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
How to Request a Return
To start your return, email us at hello@wrapcones.com.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return shipping address and further instructions.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.
EU Customers – 14-Day Right to Cancel
If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must meet the standard return conditions above.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
